Two-day clinic!

Instructors with over 20 years of experience will teach this clinic which takes place in the indoor pool

using soft surfboards.

The clinic will cover safety,

currents, tips to avoid

being hit by the board,

recognizing jetties,

the importance of surfing with a partner, jelly fish stings,

how to choose the right surfboard, where to surf, wetsuits, etc.

Students will learn to paddle correctly and stand on the surfboard. If you've never tried surfing this is the perfect opportunity to get your feet wet.

water exercise program!
Help manage your arthritis, have fun and exercise at the same time.
Trained instructors guide participants through a series of specially designed
low-impact exercises.
Exercises are performed in waist to chest-deep water, and designed to decrease pain and stiffness and increase range of motion, strength and endurance without putting stress on the joint. People with total joint replacements, multiple joint involvement or moderate to severe joint involvement may require individualized instruction.
Participants do not need
a physician’s consent form.
