The Health Fair is open to everyone.  Many free health screenings.  Call the Senior Services Dept. at the Center for a list of screenings offered.  Sponsored by:  St. Francis Community Center, LBI Health Dept. & SOCH.

House Tour                                             Saturday, September 11; 10 AM - 3 PM

Mark your calendar for the 9th edition of this late summer favorite.  Tour five exquisite, newly constructed homes on Long Beach Island.  Beach Front, Bay Front and More…   $30 (Before Sept. 11);  $35 the day of the tour (tickets available at the Center, House 1 & 6)

 

Bazaar                                             Saturday, October 2;  9 AM - 2 PM

The St. Francis Guild meets every week throughout the year to design unique handcrafted items.  These items, as well as homemade cakes, plants and toys will be for sale.  Quilters will be available to give quilting demonstrations.  Come browse and pick up some early Christmas gifts.  Trash and Treasure table.  Quilt raffle $1 each or $5 for 6 chances.  All proceeds benefit St. Francis Community Center.

 

Spaghetti Dinner                                 Saturday, October 9;  4:30 - 8 PM

                                                                                            $8 per adult / $4 per child

This annual delicious home-cooked spaghetti dinner is sponsored by the St. Francis Parish Society.  Bring the whole family and enjoy a great meal without the mess!   The raffling of the cars will take place immediately following the dinner.  All are welcome!

on September 11, 2001.

Registration will be held Saturday, 10/9, 2 to 8 PM; & race day, 7 to 9:30 AM sharp.

Race Starts At 10:30 AM  in Holgate, NJ

Entry Fees:  $30 per runner by 8/31/10;  $35 per runner by 9/30/10;

$45 per runner after 9/30/10;  $28 for  USATF-NJ Members Until 10/1/10;  (Fees honored by the postmark date) - NO REFUNDS!

Prizes awarded for most funds raised, oldest and youngest plunger, best costume, and more.
