Under hypnosis, the body goes into deep relaxation, not an unconscious state, remaining in complete control and awareness while very relaxed. This relaxation state allows the mind to easily accept suggestion for behavior change. Hypnosis deals with mental and physical aspect of addiction. Smoker must have the desire to quit in order for the hypnotism to be successful. Behavior does not change unless the person wants to change.

Interactive stretches are inspired
by students’ creativity, such as moving like their favorite animal or painting a rainbow with their favorite colors. Reading time introduces kids to the weekly story and mini-recital. Weekly routines with props and costumes allow children to express their own interpretation of each story.
